A lawyer turned banker with over 10 years experience in complex deal structuring and risk-management across multiple sectors including Oil and Gas, Logistics and International Trade. Prior to co-founding Moneda, Ejike worked with Access Bank Plc, International Air Transport Association and Riverlake Group. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (PLD), Geneva Business School (MBA), Kent Law School, UK (Law and Business). He is a parton of the African Arts and believer in the African Project.

Habibah brings over 6 years of management consulting experience across several African countries focused on selecting and buiding best-in-class teams on the continent. She served as country head of one of the largest people management firms in Africa. At Moneda, she oversees Culture, Capacity, Processes, Resources and Technology. Habibah is a fellow of the Insitute of Management Consultants (IMC)

Olajumoke Adekanmi brings a wealth of experience in excess of 15 years in Banking, leading the Specialized Risk Management Team and the Projects team where she was responsible for the Oil, Gas and Maritime assets and preparation of the Recovery and Resolution Plan and the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process. At Moneda she is responsible for the entire risk management process, strategy and architecture of Moneda and has a degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University

She has over 10 years in Banking, with experience spanning across Customer Service, Correspondent Banking and Treasury Operations, giving her a broad range of perspectives and contributes to her ability to effectively deliver in record time. At Moneda, she supervises all aspects of our treasury operations including management of long-term and short-term funds, and money market investments. She has a degree in Economics and Development Studies and a certificate from the international Finance Corporation.

Akintunde has garnered a combined 18 years of experience in diversified industries including but not confined to finance, marketing and technology. Leading the marketing and communication team at Moneda, he has perfectly crafted and packaged the story of Moneda and her non-profit sister, 1952 Africa, for the world to see and appreciate the impact on the African continent. Akintunde is passionate about the development of the youth and can be found giving talks to millennials and staff in several organizations on robust business strategy, content monetization and digital content

Eyimofe Olabaju

Director, Trading & Operations

Mofe’s career spans over 15 years, starting at Linetrale Oil Supply & Trading Limited (now Linetrale Energy Trading Ltd) in Lagos, where he rose to Senior Trader in the Gasoline Department. He then became Director of Operations at Tycon Minerals Limited in Kumasi, overseeing gold and precious minerals extraction. In 2020, he joined Optima Energy Resources Limited in Lagos as Head of Trading and Operations, managing energy product trading, shipping, and field operations. Mofe holds a degree in Business Management from Kingston University and a certification in Energy Trading from CITAC UK.
